Tire
Uses: rubber grade zinc oxide is used for the production of radial tires, bias tires, belts, hose, belt, shoes, latex gloves and other rubber products. Its performance in full compliance with the State, Ministry of Chemical Industry and the United States ASTM standards.
Features:
1, strong activity, uniform particle size, dispersion strong, has a good effect of promoting vulcanization, improve the crosslink density of the vulcanized rubber, the vulcanized more thoroughly.
2, rubber can be preferably improved tack, and improve the adhesion of rubber and steel cord of the reinforcing material and the like.
3, dynamic mechanical properties, deformation of the rubber products of small, less heat, wear-resistant, it has good resistance to aging.

用途：橡胶级氧化锌用于子午线轮胎、斜交轮胎、传送带、胶管、胶带、胶鞋、乳胶手套等橡胶制品的生产。其产品性能完全符合国家、化工部及美国ASTM标准。
特点：
1、活性强，粒度均匀，分散性强，具有良好的促进硫化的作用，提高了硫化胶的交联密度，使硫化更彻底。
2、能较好的改善胶料粘性，提高橡胶和钢丝及帘布等骨架材料的附着力。
3、动态力学性能好，橡胶制品的变形小，生热少，耐磨好，使其有良好的耐老化性。
